Exit at FM 1431 (Whitestone Boulevard) eastbound. Right onto Chisholm Trail at the second light. We're on the left, half a mile past the railroad crossing — the cream-walled office building with six dark-green Ford F-250s in formation in front. Visitor parking is on the west side of the building.
Parking
Free visitor parking on the west side of the building. The lot fits sixteen vehicles. If you're bringing a trailer or contractor's truck, pull around back to the dispatch bay — Karen will buzz you in.
What to expect at your inspection
Sixty minutes on-site. Marcus and a crew member climb the roof and shoot 40–60 photos. We measure, document, and walk you through what we find. No upsell, no pressure. You'll have a written summary by email the same evening. If we find storm damage worth filing, we walk you through the claim process before we leave.
