Total application time: 5–8 minutes. You'll get a soft-pull pre-approval decision before you submit a hard application. Most homeowners are funded within 2–3 business days of approval, which means your roof can be installed the same week you sign the contract.
Frequently asked questions
Will applying for financing affect my credit score?
All three of our partners offer a soft-pull pre-qualification that does NOT affect your credit score. You only get a hard pull if you choose to move forward with a specific loan offer. The soft pull takes 60 seconds online and tells you what rates you qualify for.
Can I pay off the financing early?
Yes. All three partners allow prepayment with no penalty. If you use the 12-month 0% APR promo and pay it off in month 11, you owe exactly the financed amount with zero interest.
Do you finance just the deductible?
Yes. Many insurance jobs end up with the homeowner needing to finance just the deductible portion ($1,000–$3,500). All three partners do small loans for this; the 12-month 0% promo is usually the right product for a deductible-only finance.
What credit score do I need?
Approvals start around 640 FICO with our partners. The 0% APR promotional offers usually require 680+. We've helped homeowners with credit in the high 500s find a path through one of the secondary lenders — call us and we'll walk through it without pulling your credit.
