Insurance claim assistance

We handle the insurance claim.

Most of the homes we re-roof in Williamson County are insurance jobs. We meet your adjuster on the roof — usually within 48 hours of your call. We document every shingle, every soft-metal dent, every damaged ridge cap. We submit the supplement letter when the adjuster lowballs the scope. You sign one piece of paper.

We've worked with State Farm, USAA, Allstate, Farmers, Travelers, Liberty Mutual, Nationwide, and Texas Farm Bureau. Forty-seven storm responses since 2014. We know what your adjuster needs to see.

Why a free inspection is actually free.

We climb the roof. We take 40–60 photos. We measure the field, the ridges, and the eaves. We check the soft metals — your gutters, your flashing, your turbine vents. If we find storm damage, we walk you through the insurance process and we file the claim with you. If we don't find damage, we tell you the roof is fine and we leave.

We don't sell roofs that don't need replacing. Bill Holloway taught his son that in 1987, and Trent has not seen a single reason to update the policy. The free inspection is a 60-minute conversation on a Saturday morning. There is no hard sell, there is no high-pressure pitch, and there is no obligation.

There is, however, the peace of mind of knowing for certain whether the hailstorm three Tuesdays ago put a $14,000 problem on your roof or not.

The State Farm adjuster missed the soft metal damage on the back of the house. Marcus pointed it out, took photos, and filed the supplement. We got a $3,800 increase to the claim. The whole roof was installed in one day and the crew swept three times for nails. Karen returned every phone call within an hour.

We had three other roofers come out after the April hailstorm. Holloway was the only one who didn't try to talk us into a Class 4 upgrade we didn't need. Trent looked at the roof, said it had four good years left, and told us to call back if we saw any leaks. We called back in October for a different reason — they had earned the business.

I called fourteen contractors after the storm. Eleven were storm-chasers from out of state. Holloway was the only local crew that could meet my USAA adjuster on the roof the same week. The supplement got approved without a fight. New GAF Timberline HDZ, ridge ventilation, drip edge, the works. Forty years in Williamson County and this is the roof I tell my neighbors about.
