What we do

Roofs, repairs, and the paperwork in between.

Five services, one Williamson County crew, no subcontractors.

Holloway Roofing has been working out of the same Chisholm Trail yard since 1992. We do five things, and we do them on a finite stretch of the I-35 corridor: Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Georgetown, Leander, and the Travis County crescent north of Parmer. We don't subcontract, we don't expand into Houston after a hailstorm, and we don't take work outside Williamson County unless you live there yourself.

If you don't see the work you need below, call us. Most things we don't list — chimney flashing repairs, attic ventilation upgrades, light commercial reroofs — we do. We just don't lead with them.

No. 01

Roof Replacement

Tear-off-and-replace on residential homes in Williamson County. We do not install overlays. We do not "patch and pray." A Holloway re-roof is a full tear-off down to the decking, deck inspection and repair as needed, synthetic underlayment, ice-and-water shield on the eaves and valleys, drip edge on all edges, the shingle of your choice, ridge ventilation, and all-new soft-metal flashings. One day, most homes. GAF Golden Pledge 50-year manufacturer warranty plus our own 25-year workmanship warranty in writing.

This is what we do most. Average residential project: $14,200. Insurance jobs are billed directly to your carrier at the adjuster-approved scope; out-of-pocket is your deductible.

From $5.20 / sqft installed (GAF Timberline HDZ) · up to $11.00 / sqft (designer premium)

Roof Repair

Single-shingle blow-offs, ridge cap repairs, valley re-flashing, pipe-boot replacements, soft-metal corrections, leak diagnosis, and full-section storm patches. We do not push every repair into a re-roof — many roofs have five good years left after a localized repair, and we'll tell you that on the inspection. Same-week scheduling on most repairs in the 5-city service area.

Typical repair: $350–$1,800 depending on scope. Pipe boots and ridge cap replacements often run under $500. Insurance-eligible repairs are documented the same way a full claim is — photos, supplement letter if needed.

Storm Damage & Insurance Claims

This is the page hailstorm-affected homeowners read first. We've run 1,400 insurance claims since 2014. We meet your adjuster on the roof — State Farm, USAA, Allstate, Farmers, Travelers, Liberty Mutual, Nationwide, Texas Farm Bureau, and the smaller carriers. We document every soft-metal dent, every bruised shingle, every damaged ridge cap. About 35% of our claims get a supplement we file with photo documentation — that's $3,500–$8,000 of additional scope on the average claim that the first adjuster walk missed.

You sign one piece of paper. You pay your deductible. We handle the rest.

Out-of-pocket on most insurance jobs: deductible only ($1,000–$3,500 typical)

Roof Inspections

Free, no-obligation, with photo documentation. Marcus and a crew member climb the roof and shoot 40–60 high-resolution photos: shingle field, ridges, valleys, eaves, soft metals, penetrations, flashing. We measure square footage and slope. We check the attic if needed. If we find storm damage worth filing on, we walk you through the insurance process. If the roof is fine, we tell you the roof is fine and we leave.

The inspection is sixty minutes on a Saturday morning, and it has cost a Holloway customer exactly zero dollars since 1987. That's the policy.

$0 · No obligation · 48-hour scheduling

Seamless 5-inch and 6-inch aluminum gutters in twenty-four factory colors. Custom-cut on-site from coil. We install gutters alongside a re-roof (most efficient) or as a standalone job. Gutter guards available. Downspouts routed to drain away from the foundation per local grading.

Most homes: a half-day install with one crew of two.
