Holloway Roofing is based at 1842 Chisholm Trail, Round Rock TX 78681. We serve the entire Williamson County corridor and the Travis County north-of-Parmer crescent. Our crews are typically within fifteen minutes of any job site in our five primary cities. After a major hail event, we route inspections by ZIP code — first call, first inspected, no exceptions.
Round Rock
Holloway's home. Bill Holloway started the company on Old Settlers Boulevard in 1987 and we've been on the Chisholm Trail yard since 1992. We know Round Rock the way you know your kitchen — the neighborhoods, the storm history, the HOA architectural rules, the city's permit process. We've installed shingles on roofs in Hester's Crossing, Brushy Creek, Forest Creek, Behrens Ranch, Sonoma, Teravista, Mayfield Ranch, Greenslopes, and Sendero, among others.
Storm history: The April 2024 hailstorm dropped golf-ball-size hail across the I-35 corridor between Old Settlers and University. We ran 47 inspections in 90 days. The May 2018 microburst took down trees off Sam Bass Road and we patched 22 roofs in three weeks. If you remember either of those storms, we were on your street.
Cedar Park
Our second-busiest city. Cedar Park grew fast through the 2010s and the housing stock — 1,800–3,500 sqft homes built between 1995 and 2015 — is right in our wheelhouse. We've put shingles on roofs in Buttercup Creek, Westside Preserve, Twin Creeks, Vista Ridge, Cypress Canyon, and Caballo Ranch. Most jobs are 25 minutes from our shop in light traffic.
The April 2024 storm tracked across Cedar Park along the FM 1431 corridor. Buttercup Creek and Twin Creeks were hit hardest. We ran insurance claims for 19 homes between Buttercup Road and Cypress Creek that month.
Pflugerville
Pflugerville is the closest city to the Chisholm Trail yard. Crews are usually on-site within twenty minutes. The housing mix is denser — 1,500–2,800 sqft homes built between 1998 and 2018, plus the older Heatherwilde and Highland Park stock. We've installed roofs in Falcon Pointe, Avalon, Highland Park, Settlers Park, Heatherwilde, Lake Pflugerville, Sorento, and Bohls Place.
Pflugerville's permit office is across the parking lot from HEB on Pecan; Karen knows the inspectors and we pull most permits the same morning we sign a contract. Storm history: The March 2023 storm hit Falcon Pointe and Avalon — Holloway re-roofed eleven homes in those two neighborhoods on insurance claims.
Georgetown
Georgetown work splits between the historic in-town districts and the master-planned communities to the west. We've installed roofs in Sun City, Berry Creek, River Ridge, Wolf Ranch, Cimarron Hills, Crystal Springs, and the old downtown courthouse-district homes. Sun City is its own market — 9,000 retirement-community homes, almost all 1,800–2,400 sqft on similar plans. We know the HOA's shingle-color rules by heart.
Storm history: The August 2019 hailstorm passed directly over Sun City. We did 31 re-roofs in Sun City that fall. Most of the Sun City homeowners on our books today are repeat customers from that storm or referrals from the neighbors.
Leander
Our western edge. Leander work is mostly new-construction-era homes — built 2005 and later, often on steeper roof pitches with multiple planes. We've installed in Crystal Falls, Mason Hills, Travisso, Cold Springs, Bryson, and Larkspur. Crystal Falls and Travisso have the highest concentration of impact-resistant shingle installs in our service area — many homeowners upgrade to OC Duration Storm during a re-roof to qualify for the Texas insurance discount.
Storm history: The April 2024 storm tracked along US-183 through Leander. Crystal Falls took golf-ball hail along the western edge of the neighborhood. We re-roofed nine Crystal Falls homes that summer.
