A lot of roofs don't need replacing — they need a repair. We do same-week repairs on Williamson County roofs that have five-to-ten years of life left in them and just need a focused fix. Pipe boots fail. Ridge caps come loose in a windstorm. Valley flashing rusts out. A tree branch slams a section. None of those are full-roof problems.
Typical repair pricing runs $350 to $1,800. Pipe-boot replacements and ridge-cap patches often come in under $500. Larger storm-section patches with shingle matching run higher. If the repair gets into the cost of a re-roof, we'll tell you and let you decide — we don't sell repairs that don't make economic sense.
Same-week scheduling on most repairs. Active leaks get same-day or next-day tarping at no charge until we can do the permanent repair.
Common questions
How fast can you do a roof repair?
Most repairs in our 5-city service area are completed within a week of your call. Active leaks get same-day or next-day tarping at no charge until permanent repair.
Do small repairs go through insurance?
Sometimes — if storm-related and the damage exceeds your deductible. For minor repairs under the deductible, paying out of pocket is usually faster and avoids a claim on file.
Will a repair void my GAF warranty?
Not when we do it. We use the same GAF-spec materials and follow the manufacturer's repair guidelines. We document every repair in case you ever need to make a future warranty claim.
